Place of origin: Eastern Turkistan

Date of origin: 19th century, middle (?)

On f. 42a it is stated: "the date was written above", which is a statement difficult to interpret. There is no date indicated elsewhere. The ms. however gives the impression of having been written in the middle of the 19th century.

Provenance: Bought by Gunnar Jarring in Kashghar, January 1930.

Acquisition: The ms. was part of the Jarring collection of Eastern Turkistan manuscripts donated to the Lund University Library in 1982.
